Abstract：
High-frequency ultrasound has attracted considerable attention because of the improved spatial resolution. Recently multi-modalities imaging methods which combined high-frequency ultrasound with optics are considered to be the next frontier in biomedical imaging. The development of integrated intravascular ultrasound and optical coherence tomography (IVUS-OCT), acoustic radiation force optical coherence elastography (ARF-OCE), and photoacoustic tomography/microscopic (PAT/PAM) are such examples. In this talk, an overview of the state of art in high-frequency ultrasound transducer and array will be introduced; Ultrasound integration on PMUT for semiconductor and finger printing will be also presented.

周歧发，西安电子科技大学特聘教授，美国南加州大学医学院和工程学院终身教授。美国医学与生物工程院(AIMBE) Fellow, 国际光学与光子学会(SPIE) Fellow, 国际电子电气工程师学会会士(IEEE) 高级会员，IEEE UFFC副主编，压电与声光编委，清华大学深圳研究院客座教授，中国科学院深圳先进研究院客座教授，教育部长江学者海外评审专家。在《Nature Medicine》、《Progress in Material Science》、《Advanced Materials》，《Nano Energy》、《Scientific Reports》 、《IEEE UFFC》等学术刊物上发表SCI论文200余篇；拥有美国专利9项，中国专利2项；主持或参与美国在研项目6项，参与中美国际合作项目2项。周教授是国际知名的高频压电超声换能器器及成像应用领域专家，研究方向包括压电纳米复合材料，MEMS工艺，集成超声换能器， 光声、 弹性成像等。
