Dr. Hong-Yuan Liu is anARC Future Fellow in the Centre for Advanced Materials Technology, The University of Sydney.She received her BE and ME degrees in Engineering Mechanics from Jiangsu University, and Ph.D. degree in Fracture Mechanics of Composites from The University of Sydney. Dr Liu’s main research interests include fracture and fatigue of nanocomposites, mechanical performance of through-thickness reinforced composites, fracture monitor and control in piezoelectric fibre material, finite element analysis on bioprocess and performance of biomaterials, and interface mechanics in composites.
