五、出席老师的往返旅费和当地食宿费用均由主办方负责。

六、出席老师在查看会议主题之后，需将论文发至邮箱iao@nuaa.edu.cn，交由国际合作处统一发给主办方；主办方会与老师进行联系。

七、出席老师在收到邀请函后，可以开始校内审批程序。
