报告人简介：

Dr. Ivan BURDUN has over 38 years of cross-cultural experience of research and academic work in ex-USSR, UK, USA, Russia, France and China. His competences include high-fidelity mathematical modeling, autonomous fast-time computer simulation, artificial intelligence, knowledge mining and mapping for studying the ‘pilot / automaton - aircraft - operating environment' system dynamics and safety in off-nominal (multifactorial) and unknown flight situations. These techniques have been applied to 30 aircraft types and design projects (fixed- and rotary-wing, tilt-rotor; sub-, super- and hypersonic). Ivan's current research is focused on intelligent technologies for flight safety prediction and protection in manned and unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms: virtual flight test and certification, identification and prevention of irreversible anomalies in the system behavior, knowledge-centric automation, and ‘pilot/operator - AI' cognitive interface.
