报告内容摘要：

In these days, quantitative methods are demanded in non-destructive testing of materials and structures, since quantitative evaluation provides basic information to maintain existing structures efficiently and to guarantee the quality of new materials. Elastic wave analysis plays important role in quantitative non-destructive evaluation. In my talk, firstly, fundamental equations for elastic waves are summarized. Then presented is the time domain boundary element analysis based on convolution quadrature method, including numerical examples of nonlinear ultrasonic waves. Lastly, some applications of elastic wave analysis are demonstrated for non-destructive evaluation of flaw imaging based on SAFT(Synthetic Aperture Focusing Technique) in conjunction with approximate wave solutions and water detection using guided waves.
