报告内容简介:
In order to move to personalized medicine, it is necessary to create devices that allow analyzing the effect of drugs on the development of disease outside the human body. To do this, an approach called Organs-on-a-chip is currently being actively developed. The aim of our group's work is to simulate the physiological microenvironment of the respiratory tract Lung-On-Chip and to study key parameters in real time using impedance and acousto-electronic sensors. The key element of the Laboratory on a chip is a microfluidic device, that is a microchip in which various operations of sample preparation, isolation, sorting and analysis of a biological sample are implemented. The advantages of this approach are to reduce the consumption of reagents, reduce the time and cost of analysis, and increase the sensitivity of the detection system. To date, the efforts of a large number of scientists and engineers in laboratories around the world have developed technologies for manufacturing microfluidic devices and demonstrated the implementation of certain biochemical tasks. In this report, the idea of introducing acousto-electronic technologies into the Lab-on-Chip concept is implemented. The report will present a schematic diagram of the device and discuss its application for biomedical experiments.
