2022年度国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目指南（见附件1）已发布，英文指南见附件2，请组织申报。学校科研院草拟了“国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目协议书”（见附件）供各位申请人参考。今年，外国学者研究基金项目为集中受理期项目，请各位老师按照学校《关于组织申报2022年度国家自然科学基金项目的通知》的要求和截止时间提交申请材料。具体时间节点精简如下：
3. 3月15日，请所有申报老师修改后、将申报书在isis系统中最终网上提交，学校科研院还将组织二轮形式审查、并于3月20日前完成二级单位审核后最终确认提交。

NUAA has drafted the Agreement you may use in the process of application as attached in the previous attachment.
Some important times:
1. Before March 4th 2022, you should submit your application on the ISIS system of NSFC as well as print one copy of paper application and send it to the Rm 513 of Building A18 on Minggugong Campus, which is ready for the formation check.
2. During March 5th to 15th 2022, the school will undertake the formation check and give the feedback (send back the application on the system) so that the applcant can modify.
3. Before 15th March 2022, all applicants should submit the final application.
