2023年度国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目指南（见附件1）已发布，英文指南见附件2，请积极申报。学校科研院草拟了“国家自然科学基金外国学者研究基金项目申报协议”（见附件3）供各位申请人参考。今年，外国学者研究基金项目为集中受理期项目，请各位老师按照学院《关于组织2023年度航空学院国家自然科学基金项目申报的通知》的要求和截止时间提交申请材料。具体时间节点精简如下：
3. 3月15日，请所有申报老师修改后、将申报书在isis系统中最终网上提交，学校科研院还将组织二轮形式审查、并于3月20日前完成二级单位审核后最终确认提交。

Research Fund for International Scientists Call for Proposals FY 2023
The detailed Proposal including certain requirement can be shown in the first attachment(in Chinese) and the second attachment(in English).
NUAA has drafted the Agreement you may use in the process of application as attached in the third attachment.
Some important times:
1. Before March 5th 2023, you should submit your application on the ISIS system of NSFC as well as print one copy of paper application and send it to the Room 513 of Building A18 on Minggugong Campus, which is ready for the formation check.
2. During March 6th to 15th 2023, the school will undertake the formation check and give the feedback (send back the application on the system) so that the applicant can modify.
3. Before 15th March 2023, all applicants should submit the final application.
